Mail Forwarding
Mail is organized and cataloged according to your preferences, with important items identified and documented. When requested, correspondence can be scanned or summarized to keep you informed without unnecessary interruption.
Video Walk-Through Reports
Following each visit, clients receive a detailed report accompanied by a recorded video walk-through. These video reports provide clear, visual confirmation of your home’s condition, offering transparency and confidence no matter where you are in the world. This enhanced reporting allows you to see exactly what we see and ensures complete accountability at every visit.
Plant Care
Our plant care oversight ensures the continued health and presentation of interior greenery while you are away. We visually monitor irrigation, check for signs of stress or disease, and coordinate with your existing horticulture professionals as needed.
