Planet Home Watch was founded to address a gap our founder,
Paul Plominski, observed repeatedly over decades of property care experience: discerning homeowners were relying on well-intentioned neighbors or friends to “keep an eye” on their homes, when true oversight requires professional judgment, consistency, and accountability. Shaped by military values and a family-operated business background, Paul built Planet Home Watch as a boutique firm grounded in precision, discretion, and long-term stewardship rather than favors.
Paul’s vision is to operate as a quiet guardian of exceptional residences, providing proactive oversight that safeguards both lifestyle and investment. Paul is the founder and CEO of Planet Home Watch, a boutique home watch and owner-representation firm created from a deeply personal understanding of responsibility, trust, and stewardship. His professional life has been shaped by military values and decades of hands-on experience in property operations and client services, where precision and accountability are not optional—they are expected. Over the years, Paul consistently saw homeowners place their trust in well-meaning neighbors or friends to “keep an eye” on valuable homes, often unaware of the risks that come with informal oversight when professional judgment is truly required.
As a family man and business owner, Paul believes a home represents far more than an asset—it is a refuge, a legacy, and a reflection of the life built within it. That belief is at the core of Planet Home Watch. His vision is to serve as a quiet, dependable guardian for each property entrusted to the company, providing proactive care, clear communication, and absolute discretion.
